How pricing works, in plain words
The Instant AEO Report costs $2,500 and is fully automated with no human review. The Founder-Reviewed AEO Diagnostic costs $5,000 and includes a kickoff call, human review by Joe Robison, and a 60-minute walkthrough, delivered about three business days after intake and kickoff. The Core AEO Audit costs $10,000 and adds expanded scope and a sequenced roadmap. Enterprise AEO Transformation engagements run from $250,000 to $550,000 and cover implementation across the CMS, content at scale, citation and PR work, governance and measurement.
A 10% deposit starts either of the two lower tiers ($250 or $500). The balance is invoiced after intake and the kickoff call. You can also pay in full at checkout. Specialist modules (content, digital PR and citations, technical fixes) are $2,500 to $5,000 each and are offered after the walkthrough when the report points to them.

What the price buys, in time: the diagnostic is a 25-step process, 22 of the steps run by our own tooling and 3 done by hand, and it returns about 38 hours of work you would otherwise do yourself.
