Every founder-reviewed diagnostic must contain at least one opportunity where we can show a credible path to a return of ten times what you paid us. If it does not, you get a full refund and you keep the full report.

What counts as a big idea

An opportunity qualifies when the written case in your report includes all of the following:

  1. Assumptions, stated plainly, including anything we could not verify.
  2. Value math built on the numbers you gave us at intake: revenue range, gross margin, typical customer value. We show the math, not just the result.
  3. Required actions: what has to change, in what order, and roughly how much effort it takes.
  4. Time horizon: when a reasonable team would expect the value to show up.
  5. Levers you control versus levers that depend on third parties or on the engines themselves.

The target is ten times the price you paid for the founder-reviewed diagnostic. For a $5,000 diagnostic that is a credible path to $50,000 of value. Value is counted as revenue unless we state a gross-profit basis in the report.

What it is not

This is a guarantee about the quality of the diagnosis, not a guarantee of results. We do not control your team, your budget, your sales process, or how the engines behave next quarter. A credible path is a fair, honest and specific case for an outcome, not a promise that it happens.

Which tiers it covers

The Founder-Reviewed AEO Diagnostic and above. The Instant AEO Report is automated with no human review and is not covered, because only a person can make the judgment the guarantee depends on.

How to claim it

Full refund, and you keep the audit. Claim it within 14 days of the walkthrough call by replying to your delivery email.

  1. Reply to your delivery email within 14 days of the walkthrough call saying you are claiming the guarantee. One sentence is enough.
  2. We refund everything you paid for the diagnostic to the original payment method within 10 business days.
  3. You keep the full report, the data, and the recording of the walkthrough.

We do not ask you to prove the idea failed. If you looked at the report and do not see the path, that is a claim.

The fine print, which is short

  • The guarantee requires a completed intake form and a kickoff call, because the value math depends on your numbers.
  • If you choose the anonymized or opt-out AI handling mode, the guarantee still applies in full.
  • Balance invoices on deposit purchases are due before the walkthrough call. The refund covers the deposit and any balance paid.
